We came back to Minnesota the 26th of October only to find the St. Croix river looking just like it did in the spring. The leaves were still nice colors and it did feel good to be back.[Photo]We brought our new Newman Dutch Star 40 foot motorhome back with us. Seems like we are spending more time in our motorhome than we are in our condo so this will make it a little more comfortable for us.[Photo]Off again a few days later to New York City where our son Tim ran the New York City Marathon. This was his 4th marathon.[Photo]We, and Tim's girlfriend Laura, got pretty good at taking the subways to see Tim at three differen[Photo]t places during his 26 miles of running. [Photo]After the marathon we took a couple of extra days to see the sights.[Photo] [Photo]We even got to go to Orange County Choppers and see Paul Senior and Junior.[Photo][Photo]It was a great time and we would recommend this wonderful city for anyone. The people were so helpful and friendly and it was very easy to get around on buses and subways. We went to Ground Zero where they are busy working on the Freedom Tower. What a great memorial this will be to all those heros from 9-11.[Photo]
