I wanted to explain the different types of RV spots there are here at Deer Creek where we are. There are six different areas here at Deer Creek. The one we are in is the newest and is for Class A Motorhomes only, which is what we have . Here is our spot. You can have just a motorhome on a pad of concrete or bricks in various patterns or a motorhome on a pad with a shed (like our spot) or a one room or bigger house. A small one room home may have a small living room type area (with a fold out couch for visitors), washer & dryer, and/or bathroom facilities (could be just a toilet or may include a shower also). Some may have a small refrigerator, microwave, sink, etc. Some spots are very elaborate with a full size home attached.

You can have as much or as little as you want. Some people add a metal covered motorhome port. Some of the other areas are the same as ours but may include Class C motorhomes and some areas you must choose between a motorhome or a park model. home. There is a lot of variety.
